Tantra Yoga is a simple and specific technique to merge with experience. To be intimate with life and reality in all its ordinary conditions.
It is a practice we can do as we roll out of bed, in our underwear. It requires no special skill or equipment.
Being with the body and being with the breath is a highly personal practice.
When practiced correctly, Yoga reveals our True Selves.
ABOUT ME:
An autonomy enthusiast, I find Ha-Tha Yoga to be the practice that teaches me to drop pre-existing patterns and come into my own authority.
Strengthening the relationship with myself and the wisdom of my body has allowed me to heal from illness, to lead with my heart, to eat right instinctively, love more deeply and rest more fully.
This has allowed me to create the life that I want, in harmony with who I am.
